Injustice in Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird: Then and Now
|
Teacher PageThis website was created to be used with regular and honors freshmen. The book introduces many issues related to inequality and injustice in regard to gender, socio-economic status, and race. While it is clear our society has changed immensely since the 1930's, it is just as clear that issues of injustice still plague the world. One of my goals in creating this web quest is to engage students in current events that tie to these issues of equality and justice, so that they can make greater connections to the issues that Harper Lee raises.
